Mechanism of Action
Terbinafine Hydrochloride is an allylamine antifungal agent that works by inhibiting the enzyme squalene epoxidase, leading to disruption of fungal cell membrane synthesis and accumulation of toxic squalene within fungal cells. This results in effective elimination of fungal infection. Chlorocresol acts as a preservative to maintain product stability and quality.
